1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using spndrai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

spndrai.com is a financial data analysis tool that allows users to upload bank statement PDFs, extract transaction data, and apply AI-powered categorization to understand their spending patterns.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One account per person for Free and Pro plans

4. Acceptable use

You may use spndrai.com only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload bank statements that do not belong to you
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use the service to process fraudulently obtained financial documents
• Share your account credentials with others (Business plan has multi-user seats)

5. Data and privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Key points:

• Raw PDF files are never stored — only extracted transaction data
• You retain ownership of your financial data
• You can export or delete your data at any time

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Free plan features are provided without charge
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Accuracy of categorization

AI categorization is provided as-is with no guarantee of accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting categorizations before making financial decisions based on them. spndrai.com is a tool to assist your analysis, not a substitute for professional financial advice.

9. Intellectual property

The spndrai.com service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by spndrai.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your transaction data remains yours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, spndrai.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
